FROM THE DESK OF MISTY “GIGGLEPUP” BENNETT

Dear Super Awesome Human,

On behalf of my Mom, I am responding to Bark’s job posting seeking a Senior Graphic Designer.

Yeah, you probably are wondering why she isn’t writing you herself. I snuck downstairs and logged onto her computer. I need to get her out of the house. This crazy plague thing was cool at first because she was always home and hugging on me…

…but now, well, she’s ALWAYS home and hugging on me.

Not for nothing, but as a 16 year old Jack Russell, I do enjoy a little “Me Time”.  She is walking me fifty times a day – interrupting my naps and my stories on the teevee.

I am imploring you to help me.

Hire her. Please.

That said, I have known her for ten years since she adopted me. So, I know her pretty well. She’s pretty great. In fact, she bought me a subscription to BarkBox. I overheard her talking about the designs of the Bark-quet of Roses and Lammy Award treats, and she giggled at the Scoob! box that just arrived. She actually said “It would be cool to work there and design stuff for BarkBox.” (Personally, I think it would be wonderful if she worked for you as well. Those treats are cussing delicious!!!)

I’m copying from her cover letter template:

My name is Erin Bennett and I am well-versed in various areas of print and digital design. Most recently, I was at PureRED Agency in Princeton where the accounts I designed for were Church & Dwight, Arm & Hammer Oral Care, Chattem, Sanofi, CBD Clinic, and NorthStar’s New Jersey Lottery. Over the course of my extensive career, my clients have included large and small corporations, educational institutions, pharmaceutical, financial and retail companies, as well as individuals in the entertainment field.

Sounds pretty good, right? If you could sniff around and check her out, or however you non-canines do your interviewing, I would appreciate it.

Thank you!

Woofs & Kisses,
